Rialto: New fencing and rock installations will begin in September for a safer and more picturesque walk or ride along 1.4 miles of trail in Rialto
 Safety and aesthetic enhancements are important to our community. The Rialto Channel Trail Fence and Rock Project will provide a safer and more beautiful environment for everyone to enjoy.
Rialto: Cooperative Agreement with the City of Rialto for the Catus Avenue and Easton Project
 The safety and accessibility of our roads and sidewalks are of utmost importance. A cooperative agreement with the city of Rialto has been established for the Cactus Avenue and Easton Project. This involves the installation of a signal and an ADA-compliant curb ramps. These improvements will not only enhance safety for motorists but also ensure accessibility for pedestrians, including those with disabilities.
West Nile Virus Cases Reported in Rialto And San Bernardino
 San Bernardino County Health Officer, Michael A. Sequeira, M.D., urges residents to take precautions against mosquito bites to avoid serious illness caused by the West Nile virus.
As the warmer months continue, so does the risk of mosquito-borne illnesses. Dr. Michael A. Sequeira reminds everyone to take precautions against mosquito bites, such as using insect repellent and wearing long sleeves and pants.
 Significant enhancements, including WiFi connectivity, are underway at Kessler Park in Bloomington
 Kessler Park is a valued community resource, and these enhancements are designed to make the park even more functional and enjoyable for our residents. WiFi connectivity will enable park visitors to stay connected while enjoying the outdoors, and other upgrades will improve the park's overall aesthetics and usability.

 High School Juniors and Seniors in the Fifth District are encouraged to apply for the first-ever Fifth District Youth Advisory Council. This is a great opportunity to gain firsthand experience in county government.

 A big thank you to San Bernardino County Code Enforcement and Solid Waste Management Divisions, and everyone who participated in the Neighborhood Community Cleanup event!
