Second Doses of Pfizer vaccine now available Feb. 1-6

Do you need a second dose of the Pfizer vaccine?

 

If you are due for the second dose of your Pfizer vaccine between February 1 through February 6, click here to make a second-dose appointment at one of the following San Bernardino County Public Health Clinics:

 

  • San Bernardino Health Center, 606 E. Mill St., San Bernardino
  • Ontario Health Center, 150 E. Holt Blvd., Ontario
  • Hesperia Health Center, 16453 Bear Valley Rd. Hesperia

 

Appointments are required for a second dose. Walk-ins are not accepted. If you need assistance making your appointment on our website, please call the COVID-19 hotline at (909) 387-3911.

 

Please remember to bring your COVID-19 vaccination record card with you to the appointment.

 

People who received their first Pfizer dose at a local hospital, pharmacy or physician’s office should contact their provider to learn when and where they can obtain a second dose.

 

If you still need your first dose, demand continues to be high and the County will make more appointments available as the number of vaccine doses increases.
