Supervisor Gonzales and Senator Connie Leyva (D-Chino) in the main lobby at ARMC.
Senator Connie Leyva visited the 5th District last Friday and joined Sup. Gonzales for a tour of the state-of-the-art facilities and features within the county owned and operated Arrowhead Regional Medical Center.
The tour displayed many of the elements that make ARMC a premier medical facility in the Inland Empire.
Senator Leyva and Sup. Gonzales visited the ER and trauma unit, ARMC's certified stroke unit (first of its kind in the county), mother/baby unit, and pediatrics clinic. The tour also included a sneak peak at the building's unique structural design that allows ARMC to safely absorb the energy of a major earthquake.
