FREE Class For Caregivers and Recipients Thursday, 11/14/2013
Sacramento County, California sent this bulletin at 11/12/2013 03:58 PM PSTOn Thursday, November 14, 2013, we are presenting one of our FREE IHSS Public Authority sponsored core classes. The link at the bottom of this email will provide you with a complete schedule and registration form for your convenience.
This class is titled “Nutrition for the IHSS Consumer.” This class will discuss how you can eat healthy, even on a budget. Special attention is paid to the senior diet.
The class is on Thursday, November 14th and begins at 5:30 P.M. It is scheduled to end at 7:30 P.M.
Please note this class will be held in the training room located at 3700 Branch Center Road, Sacramento, CA 95827. The building is at the IHSS Public Authority offices in the same room the IHSS Provider Orientation is held.
