Dear Friends,
You can still register for a FREE COVID-19 vaccine! Liberty Towers in Foothill Farms is still hosting a vaccine clinic this Wednesday, April 14, 2021. Due to the FDA and CDC recommending Johnson & Johnson vaccines be paused, tomorrow's vaccine clinic will be administering the Pfizer vaccine instead.
If you have been confirmed for an appointment using Johnson and Johnson, your appointment has been automatically switched to use Pfizer instead. No action is necessary on your part. If you have not yet registered for an appointment you can do so on the Equivax website.
DATE: Wednesday, April 14, 2021
TIME: 9:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M.
LOCATION: 5132 Elkhorn Boulevard, Sacramento, CA 95842
Eligible participants can register for an appointment on the Equivax website or by calling/texting (916) 583-8877. Priority will be given to those living in Healthy Place Index focused ZIP codes, but the clinic is open to all eligible participants.
No insurance or proof of U.S. Citizenship or legal residency is required for the COVID-19 vaccine. Thank you to Liberty Towers for hosting this clinic and helping our communities stay safe.
