City Manager Rob Jensen announces retirement; Dominick Casey named acting city manager

Roseville City Manager Rob Jensen announced that he will retire June 29, after serving the City of Roseville for 28 years, including three years as city manager and three years as assistant city manager.

The City Council has appointed Assistant City Manager Dominick Casey to be acting city manager, following the announcement of City Manager Rob Jensen’s retirement.

Economic development duties split while recruitment continues for new Director

Following the March retirement of Roseville Economic Development Director and Roseville Community Development Corporation CEO Chris Robles, two roles he held have been divided among Roseville city staff on a temporary basis while a recruitment is underway for his replacement. 

Laura Matteoli, Roseville Economic Development Manager, will be serving as the Economic Development Director.

Mike Isom, Development Services Manager, will be working as the CEO of the Roseville Community Development Corporation.

"I appreciate their willingness to assume these responsibilities and keep our economic development momentum strong as we go through the hiring process for a new economic development director," said City Manager Rob Jensen.
