Single family home development is projected to remain strong in 2017 with 885 building permits issued and a building valuation of more than $250 million.

For 2017, the city is projecting 10 new commercial construction projects totaling more than 700,000 square feet of development and $60 million in capital investment.
Job growth in Roseville remains strong, with a projected increase of 2,700 new jobs in 2017. That is a 3% increase from 2016.
Roseville's population is estimated to grow a steady 1.9% in 2017.

Homeless Prevention and Rapid Rehousing Funds - $500,000
These
funds are focused on assisting individuals and families who are homeless or at
immediate risk of homelessness. Applications can be found here.

Citizens Benefit
Fund (CBF) and Roseville Employees Annual Charitable Hearts (REACH) funds -
$400,000
The CBF and REACH Funds are for the purpose of improving
the quality of life for the citizens of Roseville and Placer County. Public agencies, schools and non-profit 501(c)3 or 501(c)4
are eligible to apply.
