Hanson McClain is processing tenant improvements for 3017 Douglas Blvd., Suite 100. The 4,443 square foot leased area has improvements valued at approximately $130,000.

Hanson McClain Advisors is unique among investment advisory firms in that they don’t work on commission. Instead, in order to eliminate conflicts of interest common throughout the industry, they charge a flat percentage of assets. That means that when they recommend a course of action or particular investment, there’s no hidden agenda or motivation.
