 Dear Third District Resident,
Each year, we take a moment to pause, reflect, and look ahead—celebrating the progress we’ve made together in the Third District while sharing what’s next on the horizon.
This year’s State of the District centers on The Art of Adapting. Because in the Third District, adapting isn’t just something we do—it’s how we lead. From shifting economies to evolving community needs, we continue to adjust, innovate, and find new ways to serve our residents.
Join us on October 30 at the Murrieta Hot Springs Resort for this year’s State of the District Address. The event is free and open to the public. Prior to the address, a ticketed breakfast will be available, offering a meaningful opportunity for business leaders, elected officials, and community members to connect before the program begins.

Sincere regards,
