Changes to Downtown Parking Rates and Hours

Parking fee updates coming to Downtown Riverside

New rates and hours go into effect July 1st. However, due to feedback received since the new parking program was approved in February, City Council will discuss modifications to the Employee Parking Discount Program, parking for special events, and the Discount Validation Booklet Program on July 19th. Keep your eye out for the report here


Good News for Reid Park

Reid Park Playground is getting resurfaced. PC: Yelp

In June, Councilmember Edwards was thrilled to approve funding to resurface the playground at Reid Park. Measure Z dollars are at work to make our parks fun, safe, and beautiful. 


Spotlight on the Museum of Riverside

The Museum of Riverside has released their strategic plan, and a professional consultant services agreement with Stiegler Architects is proposed for the rehabilitation of the Harada House and the Harada Interpretive Center. Stay informed and weigh in (#23, 24, and 25) during the consent calendar portion of the July 5th City Council meeting.
