Riverside Public Utilities now has a web page for information regarding power outages. There is a dedicated page with an outage map, information about flex alerts, cooling centers, how to be prepared for a power outage, how to stay safe during an outage and social media info.

Those who are currently experiencing outages can call the phone number listed for outage information. All outages are updated regularly and anyone can call the number to get the most up to date information. In addition, if someone is experiencing an outage that is not part of the recording, they can report it online.
