****UPDATE**** We have learned this evening from March JPA that Amazon Prime Air has removed the 1 evening flight from the proposal.

This means no flights are requested between 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Special March Joint Powers Commission Meeting

This special meeting will be held at the

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss Amazon Prime Air proposal to use MARB for limited cargo flights seen in the table below.

This meeting is a continuation from a meeting held on July 25 and you can find the Agenda and Exhibits from that meeting here. 

The Exhibits are 1,100+ pages and includes the history of the use of the base as part of the report.  The introduction and description of the project begins on page 1069.
