Measure Z Community Meeting

On Wednesday, October 20th, the west end will host a Measure Z meeting at the Arlanza Community Center located at 7950 Philbin Avenue. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. please see flyers below for additional information.

C.U.R.E. Incredible Bulk 

Drop Off Event!



On Saturday, October 15th, the Public Works department is hosting the C.U.R.E. incredible bulk event from 9:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m.  where residents may drop off bulky items such as refrigerators, washers and dryers, mattresses, couches, furniture, electronic waste, green waste and tires.

There will be three drop off locations throughout the city (noted on notification below) please be mindful that due to the event, there will be some impacted streets.

Love Riverside Serve Day

On Saturday, October 22nd, the organization Love Riverside will be hosting their first community serve day. Volunteers will meet at Sherman Indian School for a kick-off rally and will then make their way to their designated project site.

My office has partnered with Meridian Gardens of Riverside to bring forward a fun day of arts and crafts. If interested in participating in this or any other project I encourage you to register at loveriverside.org. Please see flyer below for more information.
