SUBJECT:      BART OAK Connector Project-Temporary Daytime Lane Closure at Outbound Airport Dr

 

DATE:     April 4, 2012  

    

 

BART’s contractor, Flatiron Parsons JV (and its subcontractors), will be conducting temporary intermittent closures of the rightmost lane of outbound Airport Drive on selected weekdays, from 0630 – 1500 hrs, starting Friday, 3/30/12. The temporary lane closure is scheduled to end by mid-May 2012.

 

BART will be excavating and offhauling soil as part of the BART Oakland Airport Connector project. The temporary lane closure will extend on outbound Airport Drive from approximately the onramp from Ron Cowan Pkwy to the 98^th Ave./Airport Drive split. Trucks will be entering the roadway from the work area. Please exercise caution when driving near this work area.

 

The roadway(s) will be signed and delineated to warn drivers of the restriping work. If there is a problem that impacts your operation, please contact the MOD (AP-10) at (510) 563-3360.
