SUBJECT:      Film Shoot

 

DATE:      January 20, 2012 

    

 

Approval has been granted for a film crew from Kirkstall Road Enterprises, Inc. an New York City based Company to conduct a film shoot at Oakland International Airport on Saturday, January 21, 2012 between the hours of 4:30 AM and 8:00 AM. at Terminal Two. The production crew from Kirkstall Road Enterprises, Inc. in collaboration with Southwest Airlines, will film a segment for the TV reality show “On the Fly” that features “human interest” stories about customers traveling on Southwest Airlines Flights. Filming will take place at the Southwest Ticket counter, at the boarding gate as well as on the aircraft. The production crew, a member from Southwest Corporate staff and the customer will all be ticketed for WN 421 that is scheduled to depart OAK at 8:00 AM on January 21, 2012. Southwest local management will provide staff to escort and remain with the crew while in the terminal areas.
