INVITATION TO BID

The CITY OF OAKLAND, acting by and through its BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS (the “Port”), will receive sealed Bids at the office of the Secretary of the Board of Port Commissioners, located at Room 629, 530 Water Street, Oakland, California, until 12:00 noon on Wednesday, October 30, 2019, for the following public work:

LIFT STATION NO. 2 IMPROVEMENTS

SOUTH FIELD

OAKLAND INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

OAKLAND, CALIFORNIA


The work of this 120 calendar day project consists, in general, of furnishing all labor, materials, appliances, tools, equipment, transportation, services and supervision required to rehabilitate Lift Station No.2, including, but not limited to: removal of existing pumps, piping, electrical control system and others as required; furnishing and installing new pumps, piping, electrical control system; and performing all associated work, all in accordance with the Contract Documents.

The Engineer’s estimate for this project is $950,000.


A California Class A contractor's license is required to bid this Contract. Joint ventures must secure a joint venture license prior to award of this Contract.

The Port will conduct a pre-bid meeting at the following time and place:
