HOOD AND ANSUL SYSTEM MAINTENANCE

Scope of Work:

SSP America's contractor, TLC Power Washing, will perform kitchen hood exhaust cleaning and ANSUL system maintenance at the Pyramid Taproom's kitchen, located adjacent to the Terminal 2 Food Court, behind the construction barricade.

Vehicles:

Contractor vehicles will park at the T2 Lot near the Terminal 2 Loading Dock.  

Personnel Identification:

Contractor employees must carry on their person a state or federal government-issued photo ID (non-expired) at all times while being escorted.   

Special Instructions and/or Restrictions:

Two (2) HSS, Inc. employees will serve as security guard escorts.  AVSEC has vetted and cleared the contractor employees for security escort and approved the Tool Control Plan.  Ansul System will be serviced, therefore Aviation Facilities will render the fire alarm systems off-line.  HSS guards will contact the Airport Duty Manager (ADM) at (510) 563-3361 for rooftop access.   No Hot Work will be performed.  Work sites will be kept clean and free of debris after completion of work.

M-371 Vehicle Checkpoint Access and Parking:  Alameda County Sheriff's Department (ACSO) Duty Sergeant to notify its staff that the contractor motor vehicles listed below will need access through the vehicle checkpoint. After successfully passing the security inspections, ACSO to provide the drivers, passengers and motor vehicles access to the T2 Lot near the Terminal 2 Loading Dock.
