Scope of Work:

 

 

 

Andalé's contractor, AAA Fire Protection, will perform kitchen hood cleaning and Ansul System maintenance.  Andale is located near Gate 28.

Wed. 03/06/19  11:30 PM to Thurs. 03/07/19  3:30 AM

 

 

Vehicles:

 

 

 

 

Contractor vehicles will park in the Terminal 2 Parking Lot.

 

 

 

 

 

Personnel Identification:

Contractor work crews will possess valid identification.  HSS guards will provide the security escort. 

 

 

 

 

 

Special Instructions and/or Restrictions:

Maintenance work will be performed on the Ansul Fire Suppression System, therefore, it is necessary for Aviation Facilities staff to provide support, i.e., airport fire alarms will be taken off-line.  No Hot Work will be performed.  Tool Control Plan is AVSEC-approved.  Contractor employees have been vetted and cleared for escort.  HSS staff will provide security escort.  

 

M-371 Vehicle Checkpoint Access and Parking:  Alameda County Sheriff's Dept. ("ACSO") Duty Sgt. to notify its staff that the contractor motor vehicles listed below will need access through Vehicle Checkpoint M-371.  After successfully passing the security inspection, ACSO to provide the drivers, passengers and motor vehicles access to the Terminal 2 Lot.

HSS staff will coordinate with the following:

    

1.)  Contact the Airport Duty Manager (ADM) to provide rooftop access.

 

Work site(s) will be kept clean and free of debris after completion of work.   

 

  • Before entering the Sterile Area: Contractors to contact the ADM for an inspection and inventory of all tools.
  • Before leaving the work site: Contractors to contact the ADM for an inspection of the work site to confirm all tools (prohibited items) have been removed from the Sterile Area.
