CABLES REPLACEMENT

Scope of Work:

Wells Fargo's contractor, ISSi (Implementation Solution Services Inc.), will replace communications cables and install a shelf in the ATM #9985K located near Gate 24.

Vehicles:

M371 Vehicle Checkpoint Access and Parking: Alameda County Sheriff's Department (ACSO) Duty Sergeant to notify its staff that the contractor motor vehicles listed below will need access through this checkpoint. After successfully passing the security inspections, ACSO to provide the drivers, passengers and motor vehicles access to the Terminal 2 Loading Dock area. 

Contractor vehicle(s) will park in the Terminal 2 Lot (T2 Lot) located near the Terminal 2 loading dock. 

Personnel Identification:

Contractors will be under escort of HSS Inc.

Special Instructions and/or Restrictions:

The HSS officer security escort will meet the ISSi crew at the Terminal 2 Loading Dock (Concession Dock 2).  This is also the location where the tools will be inspected. 

Tool Control Plans are AVSEC-approved. Persons to be escorted have been AVSEC-cleared and vetted.  The contractor(s) will control all tools in the Sterile Area during construction activities.  Work sites will be kept clean and free of debris after completion of work.   No hot work will be performed.   

Before entering the Sterile Area, the contractor(s) will contact the

ADM (510) 563-3361 for an inspection of their Tool Control Plan and tool inventory.

At the end of the work at each ATM, the contractor(s) will contact the

ADM (510) 563-3361 for an inspection of the work site to confirm all tools (prohibited items) have been removed from the Sterile Area.
