SUBJECT: OUTFRONT MEDIA - COPY CHANGE
SUBJECT: OMC BUILDING - #OA101

Scope of Work
Outfront Media will replace the advertisement displayed at the following location:
#OA101: OMC Building exterior wall above the loading dock parking area (see attachment)
Construction Duration and Planned Schedule
Work Days: One (1)
Dates & Hours: Wednesday (07/18/18) 6:45 AM - 12:00 PM
Motor Vehicle Parking
OMC Building (#OA101): Two (2) tenant vehicles will park near loading dock:
• 2014 Freightliner w/Altec boom; Color: White; Lic. #: 03076T1; Driver: Javier Curiel; c: (925) 586-5529
• 2008 Ford E250 Van w/boom; Color: White; Lic. #: 8S95477; Driver: William Mijango; c: (510) 253-9849
Tenant motor vehicle(s) will display the appropriate placards. At all times, the vehicles and equipment will park at least six (6) feet away from the AOA perimeter fences.
Personnel Identification
All personnel must carry on their person a state or federal government-issued photo ID (non-expired) at all times.
Special Instructions and/or Restrictions
OMC tenants are directed to not park their vehicles in the loading dock area. This area will be occupied by Outfront Media's vehicles and crew.
Security Escort: Not required. All work sites are pre-security.
Lane Closure: Not applicable
Outfront Media Crew Leader will notify Airport Operations (510) 563-3361 upon arrival at and departure from each work site.
Work site(s) will be kept clean and free of debris after completion of work.
