Scope of Work 

Outfront Media (tenant), will replace the advertisement copy on Billboard #OA110 located along Airport Drive exit at Doolittle Drive.  Swing Stage Systems, Inc. (contractor), will install and remove a swing stage.  See attached map.

This project does not include a lane closure.

Personnel Identification

All personnel must carry on their person a non-expired state or federal government-issued photo ID at all times.

Javier Curiel, Crew Leader, Outfront Media, will notify Airport Operations (510) 563-3361 both upon his arrival at and departure from each work site. 

Michael Marshal, Crew Leader, Swing Stage Systems, Inc., will notify Airport Operations (510) 563-3361 both upon his arrival at and departure from each work site. 

Work sites will be kept clean and free of debris after completion of work.
