Scope of Work:

 

 

 

Burger King's contractor, Best Cold Equipment, will replace its walk-in cooler compressor.  Hot work, i.e., welding, will be performed.  Burger King is located in the Terminal 2 Food Court near Gate 25.

Between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM, contractor vehicles will arrive at the M-371 Vehicle Checkpoint.  After successfully passing the security inspection, ACSO to provide contractor vehicles with access to the Terminal 2 Parking Lot, located at the rear of Terminal 2 Bag Claim building and the Loading Dock.



 

Personnel Identification:

Contractor employees must carry on their person a state or federal government-issued photo ID (non-expired) at all times while being escorted.  Vehicles will display the appropriate placards.   

 

 

 

 

 

Special Instructions and/or Restrictions:

Two (2) Burger King employees, possessing OAK ID badges with escort privileges, will serve as security guard escorts.  Contractor employees have been vetted and cleared for security escort.  Tool Control Plan is AVSEC-approved.  Hot work will be performed; a Hot Work Permit has been distributed.  Work sites will be kept clean and free of debris after completion of work.

   
  • Before leaving each work site in the Terminal:  Security guard escort or contractors to contact the MOD for an inspection of the work site to confirm all tools (prohibited items) have been removed from the Sterile Area.
