SUBJECT: CNN Airport Network - Passenger Survey June 5, 2018
DATE: June 5, 2018
Scope of Work:
CNN Airport Network's contractor, Nielsen Company, will conduct a brief survey with passengers leaving selected gate areas. This research will be used to improve CNN Airport Network's service to OAK passengers. In order to survey passengers, a Nielsen representative will hand out recruitment postcards to passengers in the selected gate areas. The postcards instruct the passengers to complete the survey once they reach their destination.
Project Duration:
Work Day: One (1) Day; June 5, 2018
Work Hours: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Personnel Identification:
Persons must carry on their person a state or federal government-issued photo ID (non-expired) at all times. All five (5) Nielsen representatives will have identification badges and carry letters of introduction.
Special Instructions and/or Restrictions:
Security escort will be provided by MSH Radcliffe, Inc. The Security Escort Clearance Checks are AVSEC-approved. No tools will be brought into the sterile area.
