SUBJECT: SecurityPoint Media's SPM Connex KP
Terminal 2 Passenger Security Checkpoint Enhancement
DATE: JUNE 4, 2018
Scope of Work, Dates and Work Hours:
Tenant SecurityPoint Media's contractors will perform the following tasks in the T2 Passenger Security Checkpoint and adjacent atrium/escalator/elevator areas: 1.) J Perez Associates, Inc. will install graphics and stikwood; 2.) Cleannet will perform general cleaning.
Project Duration:
Work Day(s): Seven (7) Days; June 4, 2018 - June 10, 2018
Work Hours (daily): After the checkpoint closes (approx. 10:00 PM) to 3:00 AM
Vehicles:
After successfully passing the M371 Vehicle Checkpoint security inspection, Alameda County Sheriff's Office (ACSO) to provide the following vehicles with access to the Terminal 2 Lot.

Personnel Identification:
Persons under escort must carry on their person a state or federal government-issued photo ID (non-expired) at all times.
Special Instructions and/or Restrictions:
After the Terminal 2 Passenger Security Checkpoint closes, it is then a Non-Sterile Area, however, the adjacent atrium/escalator/elevator lobby area remains a Sterile-Area. Therefore, security escort is provided. AVSEC has approved the Tool Control Plan. Since this work is categorized as urgent/emergency, the Security Escort Clearance Check (SECC) is not required prior to each Contractor’s access to the Sterile Area. However, the SECC is required to be completed within 24 hours after each Contractor accesses the Sterile Area.
One (1) hydraulic lift, currently staged in the Terminal 2 Lot, near the loading dock, will be used.
Before Leaving Work Sites: Tenant to contact the Airport Duty Manager (ADM) for an inspection of the Work Site to confirm all tools (prohibited items) have been removed from the Passenger Security Checkpoint Area.
Work sites will be kept clean and free of debris after completion of work.
No hot work will be performed.
