SUBJECT:   SecurityPoint Media's SPM Connex KP

                     Terminal 2 Passenger Security Checkpoint Enhancement

Scope of Work, Dates and Work Hours:
Tenant SecurityPoint Media's contractor will perform the following task in the T2 Passenger Security Checkpoint area: 1.)  J. Perez, Inc. will replace the Tension Fabric  Display on the truss structure.  

 

Project Duration:

Work Day(s):  Two (2) Days;  May 28, 2018 - May 29, 2018
Work Hours (daily):  After the checkpoint closes (approx. 10:30 PM) to 3:30 AM

Terminal 2 Parking Lot will be used for contractor and tenant vehicle parking:

Personnel Identification: 

Persons under escort must carry on their person a state or federal government-issued photo ID (non-expired) at all times.

 

Special Instructions and/or Restrictions:
After the Terminal 2 Passenger Security Checkpoint closes, it is then a non-sterile area. Therefore, security guard escorts, AVSEC-approved tool control plans and Security Escort Clearance Checks are not required.  One (1) hydraulic lift, currently staged in the Terminal 2 Lot, near the loading dock, will be used. 

M-371 Access:  On Tuesday, May 29, 2018 between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM United Rentals will return to retrieve the lift from the Terminal 2 Lot.  After successfully passing the security inspection, Alameda County Sheriff's Office (ACSO) to provide United Rentals with access to the Terminal 2 Lot.

Before Leaving Work Site:  Tenant to contact the Airport Duty Manager (ADM) for an inspection of the Work Site to confirm all tools (prohibited items) have been removed from the Passenger Security Checkpoint Area.

 

Work sites will be kept clean and free of debris after completion of work. 

 

No hot work will be performed.
