Location and Scope of Work: 

As part of SecurityPoint Media's "SPM Connex" AKA Terminal 2 Passenger Security Checkpoint Enhancement, Columbia Electric will perform maintenance on three (3) commercial projectors.

Terminal 2 Lot:  Contractor vehicle parking   

Personnel Identification:

Contractor work crew will possess valid identification. 

Crew Leader possesses OAK I.D. badge.

Special Instructions and/or Restrictions:

During the Planned Schedule, the work site is designated as a pre-security location. No hot work will be performed.  Work site will be clean and free of debris after completion of work.  A hydraulic lift will not be used.
