Scope of Work:

The general contractor for new tenant, Manchester Airports Group (MAG), Terra Nova Industries (TNI), will construct the "Escape Lounge" near Gate 8.

Project Duration and Planned Schedule: 

Duration: 

06/13/16 - 08/22/16 (approx.)

Daily Hours:

5:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Vehicle Parking: 

General contractor and subcontractor vehicles will park in Lot 214.

Personnel Identification:

General contractor and subcontractor employees must possess valid State or Federal government photo identification.

Special Instructions and/or Restrictions:

Construction Safety and Security Plan is AVSEC-approved.  

Staging Area is on the AOA near Gate 8A. Use:  Dumpster (covered for FOD prevention) and Container for construction materials.

Security Escort Provider:  TNI staff possessing OAK ID badges with escort rights and, as needed, HSS Inc. security guards. 

Work sites will be kept clean and free of debris after completion of work.  

Hot Work Permits must be approved before hot work is performed.
