SUBJECT:     Installation of Air Handler Unit on top of Buildings

                       M-101 and M-102 Connector Ramp, Terminal 1

DATE:            October 6th, 2015

 

 

Scope of Work:

 

As part of the Terminal 1 Building M102 Seismic project; Turner Construction and NV Heathorn, Inc., will be installing the air handler unit on top of the connector between Buildings M101 and M102. A crane will be used for the installation and be stationed at the areas in front of the inbound baggage conveyors of 1 and 2 in Terminal 1. The baggage carousels 1, 2, and 3 will be offline throughout the duration of the work.

Work hours:                      0100 to 0600 Hours

 

Vehicles:

 

Construction vehicles will display the appropriate placards. Vehicles will be parked under the connector of Building M-152.

 

Vehicles will at all times comply with Oakland International Airport, Airport Operations Area (AOA) Vehicle Safety Rules 406.2.

 

Personnel Identification:

 

Turner Construction and NV Heathorn, Inc., are properly badged for the work area or will be under escort of badged personnel.

 

Special Instructions and/or restrictions:

 

Work site will be kept clean and free of debris at the completion of the work. Baggage carousels 1, 2, and 3 will be closed between 0100 to 0600H.
