November 20, 2025
Greetings,
I am happy to report that mandarin season is finally upon us! That has been the number 1 question I have received over the last month, and I am glad to report that mandarins are being harvested as we speak. The Mountain Mandarin Festival will be held this weekend, November 21-23rd, @the Grounds in Roseville and I encourage everyone to support our local mandarin farmers by attending the event and purchasing their mandarins. Mandarin season also marks the beginning of the holiday season, and I would like to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving.
As always, I encourage you to contact my office with any questions or concerns you may have. You may do so by calling 530-889-4010 or via email at crivera@placer.ca.gov.
