Ongoing Projects:
- Athens Avenue and North Foothills Blvd Sewer extension project will continue working day shift and Road Closure with traffic control will be in effect at North Foothills Blvd approximately till July 2025.
New Projects:
- PVSP Property 2 Open Space Trail – Plans were approved, and we anticipate construction to start soon.
- PVSP Property 1A - Lot 10 Palazzo Social Club – Plans were approved, and construction has already begun.
Residents can expect construction noise during allowable work hours. Dust, erosion and sediment control best management practices are required for all projects.

Keep an eye out - our Mounted Unit will continue to make appearances on local trails throughout the summer months!
With warmer weather here, members of the Placer County Sheriff’s Mounted Unit will be conducting patrols along the Dry Creek Trail. Deputies on horseback will engage with community members and families enjoying the outdoors, helping to ensure a safe and welcoming experience for everyone.
During the patrols, deputies will provide friendly reminders and share helpful information about trail safety, including the importance of wearing helmets and understanding the proper use of electric bicycles and other motorized devices on multi-use trails. They’ll have a focus on reminding visitors that motorized vehicles, such as electric dirt bikes and golf carts, are not permitted on the trail.

With Independence Day approaching we remind all residents and visitors that NO fireworks are permitted in Unincorporated Placer County, including “safe and sane”.
While "safe and sane" fireworks are permitted within Roseville, the City has increased penalties for illegal fireworks. Learn more

DUI arrests are up 40% as the weather warms up. We urge people to take advantage of Uber and Lyft and not to drink & drive.
All other stats are within the normal range. No fatalities last month.
