Manage Stress: Practice stress management by incorporating deep breathing, meditation, or talking to your healthcare provider about depression, anxiety, or other stress disorders.

Outdoor Safety

Wear Proper Footwear – Choose shoes or boots with non-slip soles and good traction.

Walk Carefully – Take short, slow steps to maintain balance on icy or wet surfaces.

Check the Weather – Avoid going out during icy or snowy conditions whenever possible.

Keep Walkways Clear – Use salt, sand, or cat litter on steps and sidewalks to prevent ice buildup.
