Celebrating 115 Years of the Lincoln Area Chamber of Commerce

Happy 115th birthday to the Lincoln Area Chamber of Commerce! Established in 1909, this essential resource has been a cornerstone of our community. Exemplary leadership within the Chamber has provided local businesses with the support and encouragement needed for success. Traditions such as the Lincoln 4th of July Parade, the Hometown Christmas Parade, and the Taste of Lincoln Showcase offer fun, engaging activities for residents throughout the year.

Beyond their headliner events, the Chamber serves as an indispensable resource for local businesses, offering support and encouragement through both member-exclusive and public events, workshops and networking opportunities. These initiatives have fostered a strong sense of community and cooperation among businesses, residents, nonprofits, community groups and government entities, all striving to enhance the quality of life in our area.

Throughout its history, the Lincoln Area Chamber of Commerce has played a pivotal role in preserving the small-town charm that defines Lincoln, while fostering the growth of a dynamic business and nonprofit community. Their efforts have successfully balanced the city's historical character with its modern development.

The Lincoln Area Chamber of Commerce wouldn’t be where it is without the shepherding of current CEO, Tom Indrieri, Outreach & Activations Manager Josh Armstrong, and Administrative Services Manager, Krystin Canon. These dedicated staff and ambassadors are the heartbeat of our chamber. They tirelessly organize and host events that unite our community that not only celebrate our community spirit but provide essential exposure and networking opportunities for local businesses.

In recognition of the Chamber's significant contributions, I would like to formally congratulate the Lincoln Area Chamber of Commerce on this milestone anniversary! We are all indebted to the Chamber for its enduring impact on our community and unwavering dedication and service over the past 115 years.

As the Lincoln Area Chamber of Commerce celebrates this remarkable achievement, we look forward to many more years of collaboration, growth, and shared success. The Chamber’s commitment to supporting local businesses and enhancing the quality of life in Lincoln and Placer County remains as strong as ever, ensuring a bright and prosperous future for all.
