Supervisor Suzanne Jones: Leading with Vision, Serving with Heart

District 4 Newsletter Header23

December 25th 2023

Friends,

As we gather with loved ones and cherish the warmth of the holiday season, I want to extend heartfelt wishes to each and every one of you on this special Christmas Day.

Let's take this time to appreciate the bonds that connect us, the lessons that inspire us, and the hope that unites us. May the spirit of giving and kindness illuminate your day, and may the coming year bring you new opportunities, growth, and fulfillment.

Whether you celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Diwali, Bodhi Day, or simply embrace the spirit of togetherness, may this time of year be filled with joy, love, and moments of peace. In the tapestry of our community, each thread contributes to the rich and vibrant fabric of our shared experiences.

Your continued support has enabled me to navigate the distinctive needs of our community. Some residents experience the bustling energy of high-density commercial areas, others the warmth of suburban neighborhoods, and others keep alive the timeless charm of rural farming towns with roots tracing back to the gold rush era.

District 4 as you know, is a unique part of Placer County. Encompassing the dynamic landscapes of East Roseville, unincorporated Loomis, the entirety of Granite Bay, and portions of Penryn and Newcastle, this geographic diversity is reflected in the varied needs of our area.

Within each of these communities there are a host of socio-economic and generational differences, seniors, veterans, spouses of those deployed, first-responders, folks experiencing homelessness, mental-health issues, and food insecurities. As we collectively shape the future of our district, your involvement at our monthly MAC meetings, and bi-monthly board meetings remains invaluable. As always, my door is open should you wish to stop by, send us an email or give us a call so I can learn how to help make sense of all that life in District 4 entails.

Thank you for being an essential part of our community.

From my home to yours, Merry Christmas!

Warm regards,

Suzanne Jones
