Join us for the Granite Bay Municipal Advisory Council (MAC) meeting on Thursday, December 7, 2023, starting at 6:00 pm at the Granite Bay Library. This session will include a brief status update on the rezone program provided by county staff.

  3. Action Item: Approval of the 2024 Granite Bay MAC meeting schedule (15 minutes).
  4. Information Items:
    - General Plan Policy Amendment (15 Minutes): Health and Safety Element changes related to SMUD Country Acres Solar Project.
    - Housing Needs Rezone Program (30 Minutes): A presentation on the Countywide Rezone Program, aiming to meet housing needs.
    - The Ivy at Granite Bay (30 Minutes): Discussing a senior living community project, including variances and design review.
    - Douglas Blvd. Projects Update (15 Minutes): Updates on the Douglas Blvd. Median and Sidewalk Gap Closure Projects.
    - Proposed All-Way Stop (15 Minutes): DPW presents data supporting an all-way stop at Cavitt-Stallman and Olive Ranch Rd.
  5. Correspondence: Updates on MAC-related correspondence from October 27, 2023, through December 1, 2023.
