Important Update: Postponement of Housing Needs Rezone Presentation – Newcastle Association Board Discussion Updated and Location Changed

We wish to provide a clarifying update regarding the recent announcement concerning a town hall meeting in Newcastle. Originally, our office was invited to participate in a community meeting and invite staff to deliver a presentation on the Housing Needs Rezone program; however, due to the demand for the topic and size of location, we find it necessary to postpone the staff presentation portion of the evening.

Please note that the Newcastle Association is still actively planning to host their community Meet & Greet event next Tuesday but have found an alternate location at Newcastle Elementary School Gym (Lower Campus) 645 Kentucky Greens Way. In addition to Chief Gow, NCA has graciously extended an invitation for me to attend and listen to the specific issues facing the Newcastle/Penryn area within District 4.

Rest assured, we fully intend to collaborate with our community partners and dedicated staff to reschedule the housing presentation segment. However, it is essential to clarify that this presentation will not be part of Tuesday's agenda as previously stated.

We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we work to ensure that we provide the most informative and beneficial presentations in the future.

For any inquiries or further information, please feel free to contact our office.
