WATCH (01:40) - Introducing Katie Camerer, New District 1 Representative

BG-KC_Thumb

Dear Friends and Neighbors:

One of my top priorities as your County Supervisor is being responsive to your concerns and questions. With continuing growth in the population of our community and new issues arising, we are excited to welcome a new member to the District 1 Team, Katie Camerer. She will serve as the main point of contact for residents seeking assistance.

Prior to working with the Board of Supervisors, Katie worked as a legislative aide and caucus consultant for two members in the California State Senate and one in the State Assembly. Her issue areas revolved around Public Safety, Labor, and Environmental Quality.

Katie serves as the vice chair for the Female Leadership And Mentor Exchange (FLAME). FLAME seeks to advance and empower next generation female leaders by creating and encouraging mentor relationships between women in executive level leadership roles with young women attending college or beginning a career.

Katie graduated with her bachelor’s degree in public policy, and a master’s in business administration from William Jessup University. She is currently a resident of Roseville where she lives with her husband Jared, and their wonderful dog Charlie.

If you have questions or issues that need to be addressed, do not hesitate to reach out to her at KCamerer@Placer.CA.Gov. You are also always welcome to reach out to me directly at SupervisorGore@Placer.CA.Gov.

Please join me in welcoming Katie to the team!

Sincerely,
Bonnie
