Dear Friends and Neighbors - Placer Valley is one of the fastest growing communities in California. We have abundant land and resources but with growth comes traffic and the need for additional services. Last year Placer County and the City of Roseville provided an overview of upcoming development and construction plans coming to West Placer. We are partnering again to present an outlook on what you can expect to see this year. Plans for new housing and commercial sites are moving forward and we want to make sure our residents know what to expect as we move into construction season and what new projects and businesses are coming our way.
