Location: Greater Sacramento Area

Hours: Full-time

Salary or Salary Range: $3000/month base salary + bonus

We are looking for individuals that have been looking to enter the competitive world of INSURANCE!  This program provides you with the ability to work under one of Farmers' most successful agents. We offer generous base pay plus commissions as well as providing purchased leads!

We provide FULL hands-on training from marketing, sales, staffing, customer service, and insurance knowledge.

 

Responsibilities

• Work existing leads, develop new leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs and market appropriate products.
• Establish client relationships and follow up with customers in a timely manner to provide exceptional and extraordinary service.
• Ensure that all quotes, procedures, and practices are compliant with Farmers Insurance and CA Department of Insurance
• Work independently and with mentoring/coaching.
• Multi-task, organized and driven to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Confident and Assertive
• Bi-lingual is a plus!
• Property/Casualty & Life/Health Insurance licenses required (must have or be willing to obtain)
• Outgoing and excellent communication skills
• Trustworthy and Dependable
• Committed
• Quick learner and a team player
• College Degree Preferred but not required
