The original update for today did not include the new information about vaccine distribution data for Placer County. It has been included in this message. Apologies for any confusion.

NEW FORMAT: The format of these reports have been updated to be both more detailed and concise.

State and county data for Case Rate and Test Positivity is similar and the redundancy has been removed to allow for reporting on the progress of vaccinations in Placer County. State data is displayed because it is the direct indicator for county tier status.

I have requested more detailed information about the number of vaccines administered (number of first vs. second doses, etc.) and will share it with you when it is made available.
