Placer County IHSS Provider COVID-19 vaccine clinics opportunities: Starting January 7 @ the Grounds in Roseville

Placer County HHS is excited to offer the COVID-19 vaccination to IHSS providers.  We have set up private clinics specifically for Phase 1a Tier 1, 2, and 3 priority groups beginning January 7.  The attached document “Placer COVID-19 Vaccine Registration Instructions (12-24-2020) ” provides direction on how to sign up.  The clinics are located @ the Grounds in Roseville (Event Center Drive, Junction Blvd, Roseville; use the Junction Blvd entrance).  Click the following link to schedule an appointment https://www.placer.ca.gov/7036/Covid-Vaccine-Clincs.  These clinics are by appointment only for Phase 1a, Tier 1, 2, and 3 priority groups (see attached).  No walk-ins.

The appointment scheduler works best in Chrome, Safari or Firefox browsers.

Please do not forward this email or links to anyone.  These appointments are only for invited providers.   Vaccine supplies are limited.  When you come to the clinic you will be asked to provide proof of employment in the form of your photo ID and recent IHSS pay stub (pay stub can be paper or electronic/ESP).  Vaccine clinic attendees without the proper proof of employment will be denied access to the clinic.  No exceptions.

The clinic will provide Moderna vaccine.  The emergency use authorization (EUA) factsheet is attached to this email.  You will also be able to view the factsheet during the registration process.

The registration process also requires an email address.  If you do not have an email address, please sign up for one.  There are multiple providers of free email services.

You do not need to provide any insurance information in the registration process.  Click no insurance when prompted.
