District 1 COVID-19 Update for Dec. 29


Here is my bi-weekly COVID-19 statistics, shared every Tuesday and Friday. This data covers the entirety of Placer County and District 1 (Entirety of 95747, Part of 95678 and 95626)

Health Division Seeking Nurses for COVID-19 Support

Placer County Health Division is building a workforce to continue specimen collection and implement our COVID-19 vaccine campaign. If you or someone you know is interested, the following links are job descriptions and application information for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN). Greater Sacramento Region Set to be Lifted from Stay-at-Home Order by January 1, 2021

Placer County Health Division was informed that CDPH estimates that the Greater Sacramento Region's ICU capacity will meet 15% for at least three weeks by January 1 and is set to be lifted from the Regional Stay-at-Home order on Friday.

Are you 55 years or older, and feel like you could use someone to talk to who really understands what you are going through? Senior Peer Counseling is a free, voluntary, peer support program for Placer County residents aged 55 years or older, who are dealing with age-related adjustment issues.
