Property Manager (full-time, $19/hour)

• Responsible for the overall operation of the property and the day to day implementation of policies, procedures and programs that ensure a well-managed, well-maintained building and ensures compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies and federal, state and local laws. This position includes a unit in the brand-new complex.
• High school diploma or GED required. BA degree or two years experience in affordable housing and management is desirable.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in management, training and evaluation with Tax Credit properties.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are essential. Boston Post software knowledge is a plus.

Assistant Property Manager (part-time, $16/hour)

• Under the general supervision of the Property Manager, assists the manager in the overall operation of the property, day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures and programs; maintains acceptable occupancy level and develops a supportive environment for all residents, including special needs residents. APM interacts with and oversees vendors and establishes and maintains effective working relationships with onsite support staffs.
• High school diploma or GED required. BA degree or two years experience in affordable housing and management is desirable.
• 1- 2 years of property management experience preferably with Tax Credit properties.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are essential. Boston Post software knowledge is a plus.

Maintenance Technician (full-time, $17/hour)

• This position performs a wide variety of maintenance duties including preventative, emergency, cosmetic and routine maintenance and regular inspections. Nature of work requires emphasis on safe work practices, sustained physical effort, trouble shooting, problem solving, attention to detail, customer service and time management. This position also includes a unit in the brand-new complex.
• Candidate must be able to function in an on-call capacity and have reliable transportation.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience performing the above maintenance tasks in an apartment development or comparable position.
