Supervisor Gustafson knows that housing is another important issue to the residents of District 5. In June, she voted along with her fellow Board members to contribute assets valued at nearly $8 million to the 79 unit workforce housing project planned at the Placer County Government Center. Read more about that HERE.
In Tahoe, Supervisor Gustafson and county staff have met with local residents, business owners, and a proposed development team to try to determine the best project for the Nahas property- a project that is now being called Dollar Creek Crossing. Another public meeting is being scheduled for the end of July to gather more community input.
