Position:  Part Time Maintenance Technician

Location:  Auburn

Salary:  $15 - $17 per hour

 

Talented, Efficient, and Experienced Maintenance Technician wanted for Multi-family and Residential Property Management Company.

Local Property Management Company is looking for a part-time Maintenance Specialist who can start immediately. As a Maintenance Specialist, you would be required to work both independently and as a team member with the Property Managers to maintain multiple property locations.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  Maintenance and repair of single family and multi-family properties, some common areas maintenance, appliance repair, carpentry, basic plumbing or electrical maintenance. Reliable transportation with valid insurance, your own tools and a clean driving record is a must. You would be traveling to various locations throughout Placer County area.

Qualifications:

• At least 2-5 years related experience in property management maintenance, plumbing maintenance, carpentry, and electrical.

• Have a strong desire to grow and take your skill set to the next level

• Professional appearance with the ability to appropriately interact with clients and staff.

• Sense of urgency and self-motivation; ability to work independently

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Computer, written and oral communication literacy skills required.

• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

• Clean DMV record • Able to provide own set of tool.

• Ability to use technology and report time accurately and efficiently

• Prefer you are insured, bonded, or licensed but will support those willing to achieve more
