JOB TITLE: ___Material Handler I LOCATION: Roseville CA
SHIFT: 7am – 3:30 pm or 2:30pm-11pm # OF OPEN POSITIONS: 30
SUMMARY
Under frequent supervision, transfers material, equipments, kits, supplies required for efficient material flow through production/assembly areas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Physically transfers materials to assembly workstation, maintains bench stock and handles completed assemblies.
Locates and transfers part shortages within the plant that may be required for completion of assemblies.
Verifies and maintains stock documentation and shortage reports.
Utilizes small hand tools and operates material handling equipment including skids, pallet handlers, portable ladders, hand trucks, and other material handling or warehouse products.
Basic use of computer applications including web-browsing tools.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or equivalent. Entry level position; no previous experience required. Familiarity with parts and stock items is desirable.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Solid communication skills, both written and verbal, English language.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and facilitate solutions.
