Seasoned landscape professional, Sherri Osaka, will teach you about capturing rainwater on your property with rain gardens, rain barrels, and cisterns to help conserve water and reduce runoff volume. We'll also discuss design and maintenance of these systems, rebate offers, and other resources available for use of rain barrels and cisterns.

We are excited to announce we will be giving away one free rain barrel, courtesy of the City of Palo Alto Public Works department, and adapter kits, thanks to the Bay Area Water Supply and Conservation Agency, to a few lucky workshop attendees!
