National Drive Electric Week is September 14 – 22 and it’s a great time to consider driving electric! The City is co-sponsoring Acterra's electric vehicle (EV) Ride and Drive event on Sunday, September 22 from 1 pm to 4pm at the Peninsula Conservation Center. If you are interested in learning more about EVs, register here.
Palo Alto residents and employees can take advantage of discounts on EVs through the SunShares program until November 15.
Until September 30, Palo Alto Utilities customers are also eligible for rebates on the 2019 Nissan Leaf Standard and ePlus through a partnership between the American Public Power Association (APPA) and Nissan.
The City is also launching an EV Charging Technical Assistance Program to make it easier for multifamily properties and non-profits to install EV charging equipment.
