The elections last November brought change to local elected officials and with that, changes to our Board of Directors and changes to some meeting guidelines and times.
Our board is made up of one member from each jurisdiction we serve, plus one non-voting member from our Community Advisory Committee. In addition to the primary board member, each jurisdiction has an alternate member. Member cities and the County of Alameda appoint their representatives to the EBCE board, and once on the EBCE Board of Directors, members organize themselves into the Executive Committee, the Marketing, Regulatory, and Legislative Subcommittee, and the Finance, Administrative, and Procurement Subcommittee.
Curious who your board representatives are? See below. Executive Committee members are bolded.
We’d like to wish a warm welcome to all of our new and old members! Please note that our public meeting guidelines and times may have changed.
Community Advisory Committee meetings are held on the Monday prior to the third Wednesday of each month at 6:00pm. Board of Directors meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month at 6:00pm. Executive Committee meetings are held on the first Wednesday of the month from 9:00-10:30am. Other subcommittee meetings will be scheduled soon.
