Chairman for 2026 |
I was honored by my Board colleagues to serve as Chair of the Orange County Board of Supervisors for 2026. Supervisor Katrina Foley was elected to serve as the Board’s Vice Chair.
This will be the third time I will serve as Chair for the Orange County Board of Supervisors, last serving in 2022 and 2025, and as Vice Chair in 2021 and 2024.
Being re‑elected to serve as Chair of the Orange County Board of Supervisors is both an honor and a responsibility I approach with humility and resolve. In partnership with my colleagues and County staff, our work will remain focused on the wellbeing of Orange County residents. I look forward to advancing our collaborative efforts over the year ahead.

Clerk Recorder Van Ribbon Cutting |
I attended the ribbon cutting for the Clerk- Recorder on Wheels. The new mobile van by OC Clerk Recorder Hugh Nguyen brings essential services to the community in a convenient and accessible way.
Services offered include: vital records including birth certificates, passport services, marriage licenses and ceremonies, fictitious business name registrations, and official copies of property records. Service availability may depend on location and event logistics. For more information or to request the mobile van for your event, visit OCRecorder.com and complete the request form.
Congratulations to Clerk Recorder Nguyen and his staff on this amazing accomplishment!

Meet Klay! |

Klay can be a little shy at first, but give him a moment and you’ll be rewarded with a bond that is truly special and one of a kind. This sweet, friendly, and curious 2-year-old Pitbull has been at OC Animal Care since August, when he was found in North Tustin.
Klay loves affection, happily shakes paws for treats, and — bonus! — he’s already potty trained. At 55 pounds, he’s easy to walk on a leash and would make a wonderful companion for someone ready to give him a chance to shine.
Give Klay the fresh start he deserves and foster-to-adopt him today!
Call OC Animal Care at (714) 935-6848 and mention Animal ID A1929380 to get started. Adoption fees are waived for dogs over 25 pounds — like Klay!
