Ontario Foreign Trade Zone 50 Forum Recap

The City of Ontario, in collaboration with San Bernardino Economic Development and CBRE hosted the Ontario Global Trade FTZ 50 Forum in partnership with Ontario International Airport, the Port of Long Beach, the U.S. Department of Commerce, and industry partners. Attendees joined discussions on Foreign Trade Zone 50, international trade, logistics infrastructure, and business opportunities in Ontario.
The forum included presentations and panel discussions featuring representatives from the City of Ontario, Ontario International Airport, the Port of Long Beach, the U.S. Department of Commerce, and CBRE Industrial FTZ Consulting.

ONT BOLD Program
Ontario International Airport has launched the environmental review process for its ONT BOLD expansion program, which includes plans for a new Terminal 3, modernization of existing terminals, and upgrades to parking, roadways, rental car facilities, and aircraft infrastructure and a new parking. The proposed improvements are intended to support increasing passenger demand and future airport operations.
Fourth of July Parade Applications Now Open!
 Businesses are invited to participate in this year’s Independence Day Parade hosted by the City of Ontario Recreation and Community Services Department on Saturday, July 4, beginning at 9 a.m.
Showcase your creativity with festive decorations that sparkle and shine in celebration of this year’s theme: America’s 250th Birthday. Awards will be presented in the Float/Military/Large Vehicle and General categories. Parade entry fee is $50.

Rancho Vista Ribbon Cuttting
 Rancho Vista Townhomes recently held a ribbon cutting in partnership with Solar on Multifamily Affordable Housing (SOMAH) to celebrate the installation of new solar panels.
The SOMAH program provides financial incentives for solar and energy storage systems that support low-income tenants and property owners throughout California. The program is designed to expand access to renewable energy, reduce utility costs, and support long-term energy savings for residents of multifamily affordable housing.

 Slick City is now open at 4655 Mills Cir. inside Ontario Mills. The indoor action park features slides, attractions, and activities for families, groups, and visitors looking for indoor entertainment.
